- 350 gms Beef Smoked Sausage, sliced
- 1 small Onion, diced
- 1 Green Bell Pepper, diced
- 1 tsp Garlic, crushed
- 50 gms Can Petite Tomatoes, diced
- 50 gms Can Tomato Sauce
- 60 gms Can Pinto Beans, rinsed & drained
- 50 gms Can Ranch-style Beans
- 1 tbsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Ground Cumin
- To taste Salt & Pepper
- Place all ingredients in a slow cooker and stir to combine.
- Cook 3-4 hours on high, 6-8 hours on low, until vegetables are tender.
- Lower setting to warm until ready to serve.
