- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 can white navy beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 red onion, finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 bunch fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 2 tsp dried Oregano or Italian seasoning
- To taste Salt and pepper
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and gently stir to mix.
- Cover and refrigerate 1-2 hours before serving.
