- 200 gm Peanuts
- 1 tsp Ginger (julienned)
- 1 tsp Onion (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp Green Chilly (thinly sliced)
- 1 tbsp Green Garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp Tomato (seeded and diced)
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1 tsp Mustard Oil
- 1 tbsp Lime juice
- To taste Salt
- Fresh Coriander leaves
- Roast the peanuts.
- Mix the roasted peanuts, ginger, green garlic, onion, tomato, salt and chilly powder.
- Add mustard oil and lime juice and mix well.
- Add chopped coriander leaves and toss lightly.
