Tenderloin A’la Mexican

Ingredients

  • 200 gms Beef Tenderloin
  • 2 pinch Rosemary
  • 20 ml Steak Sauce
  • 20 ml Worcestershire Sauce
  • To taste Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  • Marinate the beef tenderloin with rosemary, salt, pepper, steak sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Keep it aside for half an hour.
  • Grill the beef tenderloin in oil.
  • Serve with sautéed vegetables of your choice and French fries.
