Ingredients

  • 2 pcs Cornflour Tortillas
  • 25 gms Chicken, grilled & shredded
  • 20 gms Tomato, sliced
  • 25 gms Capsicum, sliced
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 20 gms Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 100 ml Tomato Sauce
  • As required Oil
  • To taste Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  • Prepare the mixture of chicken, tomato, capsicum, onion by adding salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and vinegar.
  • Roll the tortilla with the mixture. Top with tomato sauce and cheese; melt the cheese in salamander.
  • Serve with Pico de gallo.
