Yam Talay (Seafood Salad)



  • 200 gms Squid
  • 5 pcs Prawn
  • 1 bunch Spring Onion, trimmed and sliced
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 1 bunch Celery, sliced
  • To taste Green Chili, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • To taste Fish sauce
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 pc Lemon grass, chopped
  • 1 bunch fresh Coriander


  • Boil the squid and prawns.
  • Mix spring onion, onion, celery, chili, lemon juice, lemon grass, fish sauce and sugar in a bowl.
  • Add boiled squid and prawns.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander and serve.
