Thai Fried Fish
- 1 whole Fish, cleaned
- 3-4 cloves Garlic, chopped
- 1 bunch Coriander
- 2 pc Red chili, chopped
- 5 ltr Oil
- To taste Salt & pepper
- Deep fry the whole fish and keep aside.
- Heat the oil in the frying pan, add chopped garlic and fry till golden brown.
- Add salt & pepper to the golden fried garlic and pour it on top of fried whole fish.
- Garnish it with fresh coriander and red chili.
- Serve hot.
