Stir fried Chinese Cabbage & Mushroom



  • 300 gms Chinese Cabbage
  • 150 gms dried Mushroom, soaked
  • 2 pcs Red chili
  • 3-4 cloves Garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Cooking Oil
  • 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • To taste Fish sauce


  • Set the frying pan over medium heat and add oil.
  • Fry garlic till it gets golden brown.
  • Add Chinese cabbage and mushroom; stir for couple minutes.
  • Add fish sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and red chili and cook for a while.
  • Serve hot.
