- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tsp ginger, shredded
- 2 garlic cloves, sliced
- 8 bok choy, trimmed and cut into halves or long wedges
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Heat oil in a wok and fry the ginger and garlic.
- Add the bok choy and stir fry quickly until the stems are just tender.
- Add salt and pepper; finish with oyster sauce.
- Serve hot with steamed rice.
