Bok choy w/oyster sauce

  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 tsp ginger, shredded
  • 2 garlic cloves, sliced
  • 8 bok choy, trimmed and cut into halves or long wedges
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • Salt & pepper to taste


  • Heat oil in a wok and fry the ginger and garlic.
  • Add the bok choy and stir fry quickly until the stems are just tender.
  • Add salt and pepper; finish with oyster sauce.
  • Serve hot with steamed rice.
