- 1 lb spaghetti
- 3-4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 6-7 prawns, cleaned and cut into half (vertically)
- 2 tbsps olive oil
- 20 gms butter
- Parsley for garnish
- Salt, pepper & red chili powder
- Boil spaghetti in salt water and bit of olive oil.
- Heat the pan; add butter & olive oil.
- Add sliced garlic and chili powder.
- Add prawns and stir fry.
- When prawns are golden brown, add the boiled spaghetti.
- Add salt & pepper to the taste.
- Garnish with parsley.
