- 6 ripe plums
- 1 ltr cranberry juice
- 4-5 cinnamon sticks
- 1 loaf of bread
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsps milk
- 50 gms butter
- Boil cranberry juice and cinnamon sticks.
- Cut plum into halves and add plums to juice with cut part facing down.
- Let it simmer until sauce is thick.
- Make a mixture of eggs, cinnamon powder, sugar and milk.
- Heat the sauté pan and add the butter.
- Add bread dipped in the mixture.
- Serve the toast with the plum sauce.
