Farfalle w/pancetta & peas



  • 1 lb farfalle pasta
  • ½ lb green peas, frozen/fresh
  • 2 tbsps olive oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic, chopped
  • 1 tbsp diced pork
  • 2 tbsps pancetta
  • 1 tbsp ricotta
  • Salt & pepper


  • Boil pasta in salt water.
  • Add green peas if they are frozen; if fresh, no need to boil the peas.
  • Heat olive oil and add diced pork.
  • Add chopped garlic and pancetta.
  • Add boiled pasta and green peas.
  • Add ricotta and mix well.
  • Add salt & pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot.
