Chicken breast in Italian wine

Chicken breast in Italian winechicken breasts in tlian wine


  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • ½ cup button mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tbsps olive oil
  • 1 bottle Italian white wine
  • 1 ltr chicken stock
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbsps lime juice
  • 1 tbsp parsley paste
  • Few sprigs rosemary
  • Salt & pepper to taste


  • Marinate chicken breasts with salt, pepper and other seasonings.
  • Heat olive oil.
  • Add chicken breasts.
  • Add mushrooms.
  • Add Italian white wine after chicken turns golden brown.
  • Add chicken stock.
  • Let it simmer until the stock reduces to one-third.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley.
